Crispy ICE

Our cube ice is available in the following Sizes: 1kg, 2kg,3kg,6kg, 10kg
Our crushed ice is made to order to ensure less clumps and is available in the same sizes as the cubes.
Our ice blocks are compressed into approximately 6kg blocks that are a little bigger than a big shoe box.

Quality Control 

By implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices and Compliance  of the following legislation and standards:
- Foodstuffs, Disinfectants and Cosmetics Act of 1972
- R962 Regulations governing general hygiene requirements 
for food premises and transport of food
- R146 Regulations relating to the labelling and advertising of foodstuffs
- SANS 10049: 2012 Edition 4.1 Food Safety Management – Requirements for prerequisite programs (PRPs)
All standards are subject to revision and any reference to a standard is deemed to be a reference to the latest edition of that standard. Changes to the acts, standards and regulations applied will be monitored and reviewed annually. There are many other standards and acts that we have referred to for guidance and these are listed in our references section, however it should be noted that referencing does not infer compliance.
